Refunds and exchanges
Refunds:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have a five day period, starting from the day of order receipt, in which to return items.
No returns will be accepted for deliveries outside of Spain.
Transport charges on refunds shall be paid by the customer.
To accept returns, items must arrive in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with its original hand tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted if the garment has been used or the tags have been removed.
Once the return has been accepted, refund will be carried out according to the payment system used.
a. If payment was via credit card, the amount shall be refunded to the same credit card account.
b. If payment was by bank transfer, we will require an account number in which to ingress the refund amount.
Size Changes:
Should there have been an error in garment size, an exchange is posible on condition that items arrive in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with its original hand tags still attached. Returns due to size changes will not be accepted if the garment has been used or the tags have been removed.
Transport charges for return and re-delivery shall be paid by the customer.
Once the merchandise arrives to our warehouse and all above conditions have been confirmed, Schott-nyc.com will allow the change of size or refund the money if no other size is available.

Schott-nyc.com will no under circumstances accept payment on delivery charges. Please contact us before attempting to return goods and we shall provide a return number code.
