Shipping options and delivery

Schott-nyc.com reserves the right to change the delivery method and transport company regardless of what is stated on the web page and given that the changes would not in any way be detrimental to our customers.

Important: We are unable to accept a shipment to a PO BOX address.
a) Shipping within the EU

All orders will be dispatched by the relevant transport company the day after the order has been completed, providing they are in stock.

Note: Orders which are paid for by instalments will not be dispatched until the instalment application has been approved.

c) Shipping outside the EU

Payment options available are by bank transfer or by credit card (see FORMS OF PAYMENT)
Customers will be notified of the relative shipping costs as each purchase is made.
Charges to your credit card will always be made in EUROS. Bear in mind that we cannot take responsibility for any possible variation (in favour of either the customer or schott-nyc.com) in the current EXCHANGE RATE when the amount is charged to the customer's account.
Note: The indicated shipping costs do not include any possible extra payments, which may be added, such as taxes or customs duties.
